33rd Aurora Foundation Anniversary

The Province of Aurora will be celebrating from 9th to 19th of February 2012 its 33rd Foundation Anniversary as an independent province, separate and distinct from the Province of Quezon.

The culmination of this week-long celebration will be the commemoration of the 124th Birth Anniversary of Doña Aurora Aragon-Quezon, wife of Commonwealth President Manuel Luis Quezon.

This year’s over–all events and programs are anchored on the theme.

“Best of Aurora’s Culture…Our Pride! Our Legacy! ”

It focuses on promoting the cultural heritage that depicts Aurora’s natural environment, man-made artifacts and cultural attributes that every Auroran of the present generation can have sense of pride, uniqueness and identity.
